5. We'll send you a shipping label for you to ship us your item within 7 days, or we can pick up your item via our Concierge Service. You may also drop off and pick up your items in West Caldwell, NJ.
6. We'll hand-engrave your item within 4 weeks and ship it back to you.

If we deem your item un-engravable, we will reach out to arrange a return and a full refund will be provided.
